How do I access your service?

People who would like to have counselling with us can contact us directly. Alternatively professionals can contact us on behalf of their client.

The first step is to phone (01480) 878409 and ask to speak to Elisabeth Allen, Client Services Manager, or email

Elisabeth will then set up an initial assessment meeting usually within a week or two. After the initial meeting, you will be allocated to a counsellor and sessions will usually start the following week.
